Bookings and prices

A booking is confirmed only after we accept it and communicate any required payment. Published prices are estimates until confirmed in writing.

Participation and safety

Guests must follow guide instructions, wear supplied safety equipment and disclose relevant medical or mobility concerns. We may stop participation when conduct creates a safety risk.

Weather and route changes

Desert conditions can require departure-time, route or activity changes. We may adjust an itinerary to protect guests and staff.

Cancellations

Final cancellation, refund, late-arrival and no-show rules must be inserted here before taking payments.

Damage and personal property

Guests are responsible for deliberate or negligent damage, subject to applicable law and the final signed rental or activity agreement. Personal items remain the guest’s responsibility.
