Availability requests and confirmation

Sending an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A booking exists only after Merzouga Buggy Tours confirms the date, experience, total price per buggy, meeting arrangement and applicable conditions in writing.

Prices and payment

Prices displayed for buggy rides are totals per two-seat buggy unless clearly stated otherwise. This website does not collect card or passport information. Any required deposit, balance, currency and accepted payment method are communicated before the customer accepts the booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling

The cancellation, refund, rescheduling, late-arrival and no-show conditions applicable to a request must be supplied in writing before that booking is confirmed. Customers should review and accept those conditions before making a payment.

Participation and safety

Confirmed inclusions are a helmet, pre-ride safety briefing and guide accompanying the group. Drivers must be over 18 years old, and a driving licence is not required. Guests must follow guide instructions and avoid conduct that creates a safety risk. Passenger eligibility and any identification, medical, mobility or adult-supervision arrangements relevant to the group are confirmed before a booking is accepted.

Weather, routes and equipment

Wind, heat, visibility, sand conditions, safety considerations or equipment availability may require a change to the route, departure time or activity. The options available to the customer are explained when such a change affects a confirmed booking.

Personal property and damage

Guests should secure phones, cameras and other belongings against sand, impact and loss. Any responsibility for vehicle damage must be stated in the confirmed booking conditions and handled under applicable law.

These website terms are intended to operate under applicable Moroccan law. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
