The availability form collects the information needed to answer a request: name, email, telephone or WhatsApp number, requested experience, preferred date and time, group numbers, vehicles requested, accommodation or meeting area, preferred language and questions.

Purpose of use

We use the information to answer the enquiry, check availability, discuss participation requirements and prepare a booking if the customer chooses to continue. The form must not be used to send card details, passport numbers or identification documents.

Form delivery and security

Form submissions are processed on the website server and emailed to the business. Basic anti-spam and rate-limit controls are used. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so only necessary information should be submitted.

Sharing

Information may be handled by the website host and email provider to deliver the enquiry. It is not sold. It is shared with another service provider only when needed to arrange a requested service or when required by law.

Retention

Enquiry information is retained only while reasonably needed to answer the request, manage an agreed booking and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

Cookies, analytics and external services

The launch website does not activate advertising or analytics cookies. Google Maps is opened only after the visitor selects the external map link. WhatsApp, Google and email providers apply their own privacy terms when their services are used.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to applicable legal record-keeping obligations. You may also choose to contact the business directly instead of using the form.
